No matter what folders I put them in, they won't show. Even if I restart the app. Please help.

This is on Android?

On the Settings --> Songs screen, which folders do you have listed there? (And do you get prompted to allow access to your files when you go there? Have you said "Yes"?)

Yes, on Android. Storage > download
and
Storage > music

Hmm, assuming the permissions are correct (they only wouldn't be if you denied access to the file system and checked a box that says "never show me this again" or something similar), Synthesia should be finding anything in those folders automatically. On the tablet versions of Synthesia an app restart isn't even required. It re-scans the folders each time you resume the app.

One more sanity check: are you sure they're actually MIDI files with a ".mid" or ".midi" extension?

Finally, if these are songs from our own song store, they will automatically appear in a "Song Store" category instead of the usual top-level of the list. Do you see anything like that? What if you choose "All Songs (one big list)" and use the filter box there?
